Danny Graham feels Swansea City's success is tied to manager Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers insists he's committed to the Liberty Stadium, which is good news for striker Graham.
He said: "Brendan is a top manager who is going in the right direction. I'm sure he will go on and manage at a top club one day."
And Graham also revealed that, contrary to his smiling image, Rodgers can cut up rough when the occasion demands.
He said: "He doesn't mind having a ruck with us at half-time. If it's not going well, he will tell us and have a go at us. It's happened a couple of times this season. But the players respect him because he's honest. We all like that."
