Sidney Govou has revealed he will leave Lyon when his current contract expires in June.
The 30-year old Frenchman has been with the club his entire career but has decided that he and the manager, Claude Puel, do not see eye-to-eye and he is now pondering the next stage in his career.
"Will I leave? Yes, at the end of my deal in June. I took the decision a long time ago," Govou told L'Equipe.
"In the changing room and around the club I feel people want me to stay, but I don't know what can make me want to stay.
"I have no relationship. I don't like his man-management.
"I know you can't let the players do what they want, but I regret the lack of understanding between us."
in regards where he would go next, Govou mentioned Lyon's French Ligue 1 rivals Paris St Germain but was non-committal in his answer.
"Paris St Germain would appeal to me but they have problems of their own and I don't know if they would want me," he added.
"I could have spoken out earlier, but in December the team was in a difficult situation and I didn't want to make things worse."
