Dan Gosling has defended Newcastle United's attitude in their 4-0 defeat to Manchester United.

Gosling denies Newcastle are already planning for their summer break.

He insisted: "The lads aren't thinking about summer holidays. United only had four shots. I think 4-0 flatters them."
