Good news for Stoke skipper Griffin

Despite some injury concerns at the club, it's not all bad news for Stoke City as captain Andy Griffin's broken hand is unlikely to sideline him.

Griffin broke his hand against West Brom on the weekend but is expected to be fit for the clash with Hull on Saturday.

"We'll get a plaster-cast sorted for his hand and that should mean he is all right to carry on playing," manager Tony Pulis told the Stoke Sentinel.
