Dundee United star Morgaro Gomis remained coy over his future after helping them to Scottish Cup success. United beat Ross County 3-0 at the weekend to lift the cup, but now a number of their players are being linked with moves away from Tannadice.
Middlesbrough are reported to be one of a number of English clubs chasing the 24-year-old Senegal international.
"I don't know what my future will hold," he told the Daily Record.
"Like everyone else I have ambitions to play at a higher level one day.
"We'll see what happens but I am not in a rush and I have one more year on my contract here.
"Have they started talks with me? I can't really speak about that. We'll just see what happens."
Gomis insisted that the current Dundee United side are capable of smashing the Old Firm domination in Scotland.
"I hope this team can start next season. I don't know for sure if we can push the Old Firm harder next season but if we work hard and play like we did in this final, I think we can," he said.
