Gold Coast United get new kit sponsor
Gold Coast United have announced that from next season Australian sportswear company Fi-ta will be their official supplier of home and away playing strips, training kit and supporters’ apparel.
United CEO, Clive Mensink, said the club was looking forward to the new partnership and had been keen to work with an Australian-based supplier.
“We are delighted to welcome Fi-ta to Gold Coast United. Of all the suppliers who were keen to become our official apparel partners, Fi-ta were the ones who ticked all the boxes,” Mensink said.
“Fi-ta are an Australian company and their operations are based in Australia, which was a big plus for us. Their ability to meet our delivery requirements and deadlines was also a major factor in our decision to partner with them.
“Our players have enjoyed input into the design of the new home and away strips, as well as the training apparel and casual wear. They’ve also tested the fabrics in a training environment and are very happy with the products they will be wearing next season.
“We are excited to have Fi-ta on board and very much looking forward to unveiling the new strip later in the year.”
