Nacho Monreal was delighted to score in Arsenal's victory over West Ham.
The Gunners broke up the game late on to win 3-1.
Monreal said: "Obviously really happy! When you can score a goal and help the team to get three points you feel really happy. This is not my job obviously, but when I have the opportunity to score or create offensively, I try to give my best. Today I scored a goal, so we got the three points and I'm really happy.
"Well, obviously we have started a new era with a new manager so we have to keep improving.
"For example, against Chelsea we did an excellent job but we conceded three goals and got zero points, and today we have to admit that we probably played worse than the other day, but we won the game so we have to keep improving. I think we are in the right way and we are learning every day in training. I think we're going to keep improving."
