Fernando Llorente insists he's willing to compete for a Juventus start after coming off the bench to score in victory over Olympiakos last night.
Alvaro Morata was preferred ahead of Llorente by coach Maxi Allegri.
"Morata is a great player who can do big things for the team. I think the squad has so much talent and Allegri has to decide between us," Llorente told Sky Sport Italia.
"The important thing is that whoever steps on to the field has the right grit. This was a decisive match for us, above all really tough after their second goal, but in five minutes we were able to turn the result around.
"I'd like to score more consistently and hope to improve in this, reaching the numbers I got last season. It is certainly a different style of football to last season, but by changing something I can do better.
"Will I start the next game? I always work to be ready, then we'll see what the Coach decides."
