Tottenham star Rafael van der Vaart was full of praise for the defenders that helped keep out Blackburn Rovers on the weekend.
The Dutchman grabbed the headlines with two match-winning goals but he feels the credit for the 2-1 away win should go to the likes of Younes Kaboul and Sebastien Bassong who dealt with the aerial threat of the Rovers with aplomb.
"When you score you're always in the headlines, but I think the defenders were amazing. This season they've been unbelievable for us," van der Vaart told Spurs TV Online.
"It's my second time here (at Ewood Park), they play with throw-ins, corner kicks and long balls, it's really difficult to win here. It's a massive compliment to the boys that we did."
