GO ON, DARE YA?! Costa frustrated with Chelsea boss Conte

Diego Costa's odd gestures to the Chelsea bench on Saturday have been revealed.

The Daily Mirror reports that the Spanish striker was motioning to Blues boss Antonio Conte late in the 3-0 win over Leicester City because he wanted him to sub him off.

The reason why?

Costa was sick of the Italian nagging him.

Initial reports suggested that Costa was keen to come off the Stamford Bridge pitch to avoid picking up another yellow card, or perhaps that he was suffering from a slight knock.

However, it is understood that he had grown tired at Conte's constant criticism of his game and dared the former Italy boss to take him off if he wasn't pleased with his output.

After the match, 28-year-old Costa angrily exchanged words with Conte who reportedly told him, in no uncertain terms, to never again challenge his rule.

The former Atletico Madrid star had a similar confrontation with Jose Mourinho last season and was subsequently dropped by the now Manchester United boss.

It seems the Premier League's pantomime villain has a serious problem with respecting authority and it is believes that Conte will not stand for it.

It remains to be seen what happens next, especially seeing as Costa has been key so far this term with his seven goals in eight Premier League matches for the West Londoners.
