Manchester United will not consider selling Wayne Rooney this month.
The Daily Star says Chelsea have made two bids for the Manchester United star, the latest one of £25m.
But Old Trafford chiefs have decided Rooney is going nowhere, regardless of how much is offered.
The relationship between Rooney and the club is at an all-time low after the striker was left angered by old boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Glazers, who own the club, have now vowed to automatically reject any further Chelsea offers out of principle, according to a national newspaper.
And in a bid to keep Rooney in the best possible frame of mind, United will tell him they value his ability. This is despite David Moyes last month declaring him as back-up to Robin van Persie.
