The Glazers will release £100 million to Manchester United manager David Moyes to spend in January.
The Daily Star says the huge warchest is enough for him to swoop for Everton ace Leighton Baines, Athletic Bilbao playmaker Ander Herrera AND Bayer LeverkusenLars Bender in January.
United's American owners, the Glazer family, know world-class signings are a must - and so does Moyes.
He has conceded that United are short of the five or six world-class players needed to win the Champions League.
