Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been handed a healthy summer transfer budget.
The Daily Star says Ferguson has been told by the club's owners the Glazers that he can go on a £40m buying spree.
United are set to hit a £150m jackpot from TV, gates and prize money if they pip Chelsea twice.
