Actor Russell Crowe has ruled out a potential takeover of Leeds United Football Club.
The 51-year-old New Zealand-born Australian had been linked with the West Yorkshire club since he asked fans of National Rugby League outfit South Sydney Rabbitohs, which he owns, if he should purchase the Championship team from Massimo Cellino.
However, the 'Gladiator', 'Noah', 'LA Confidential' and 'Romper Stomper' star has now distanced himself from the possibility of buying Leeds United through a series of posts on Twitter, citing his children's time as being more valuable than operating a football club.
