Borussia Monchengladbach are ready to make a bid to sign permanently Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen.
The Dane has just completed the first season of a two-year loan deal at Gladbach.
BILD says the Germans want to buy the defender outright and sports chief Max Eberl is ready to table an offer.
Eberl will use the cash raised from Granit Xhaka's sale to Arsenal to fund a deal for Christensen.
Luuk de Jong, at €15 million, is Gladbach's record transfer - but Chelsea won't consider any offer for Christensen under €20 million.
The Blues will also insist on a buy-back option being included in any potential deal.
