Borussia Monchengladbach are planning a raid on Chelsea.

BILD says Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a target for Gladbach.

The 21-year-old has struggled to play regularly for Chelsea this season and a loan move away in January was blocked by Antonio Conte.

Gladbach chief Max Eberl is keen to push ahead.

He is quoted as saying: "The English market is very interesting for us.

“Of course not the top stars of the Premier League, but the squad [players].

“Many youth national players go there, but then face a barrier."
