Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Christoph Kramer isn't interested in moving to England.
Kramer is on-loan at Gladbach from Bayer Leverkusen and being linked with Arsenal and Tottenham.
Napoli tried to sign the 23-year-old in the summer and agent Emanuele Marchetti said: "For the moment he is very happy and settled in Germany.
"If things changed, Napoli would be one of the first clubs to be informed."
