Borussia Monchengladbach chiefs are working on bringing back West Ham defender Reece Oxford.
The England U21 international spent last season with Gladbach and was in and out of the first team.
BILD says Gladbach chief Max Eberl is now working on re-signing Oxford in a permanent deal. It's suggested the Germans will be prepared to pay €16m for the youngster.
"We keep our eyes peeled and will be immediately able to act if there's a chance for us," said Eberl.
At Borussia Park, the 19-year-old, who played as a right back and defensive midfielder last season, convinced Gladbach coaching staff last season.
