Catania striker Giuseppe Mascara admits he wants to move to a bigger club.

"I must say that it is already an honour to play for Catania," Mascara told Radio Kiss Kiss. "They are my hometown club and I always try to give my best on the pitch every week.

"However, if I received an offer from one of Serie A's top clubs then I would assess the situation carefully."

Mascara also discussed his recent habit of scoring breathtaking goals.

"I often try to score those kind of goals in training - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't," he revealed. "I never thought it would be possible to score that kind of goal in this League.

"Walter Zenga always gives me tips on goalkeepers I will be facing and lets me know their strengths and weaknesses.

"The rest of the research I do for myself, which I like a lot. Given the speed of football these days, goalkeepers are out of goal quite a lot and that gives me a chance…"
