Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud admits it was difficult to accept being dropped for their Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
Arsene Wenger dropped the Frenchman for the Champions League last-16 first-leg clash against Bayern Munich after allegedly feeling let down by Giroud.
"Against Bayern, it was difficult to hear I was on the bench but you always have to accept the decision of the coach, and I have no regrets," said Giroud.
"I had a long discussion with the boss, he is someone who you can talk to, it's important for a player and good for morale to talk to him."
