Giroud eager so create some 'nice days' with Arsenal

Olivier Giroud was looking forward to experiencing plenty more happy days with Arsenal as his second season in north London comes to a close.

The French striker, who joined from Montpellier for £13million in the summer of 2012, has scored 16 Premier League goals this campaign for 22 in all competitions and feels he has improved out of sight from his debut campaign.

"I think I have improved myself in comparison with the first season and, for sure, with my team-mates, we have a really good understanding on the pitch," he told Sky Sports after scoring in Arsenal's 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

"I take a lot of pleasure on the pitch and I think we can recognise it. I love the Arsenal way to play. I love our game so hopefully we will have some nice days in front of us."
