Giroud: Arsenal can win title, but Man Utd...

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud insists they can compete for the title this season.

Giroud admits the level of competition has risen with the change of manager at both Manchester United and Manchester City.

He told Le Dauphine: "I do not know if it is even stronger but there is growing competition for sure.

"With the coaches who arrived, Mourinho (Manchester United), Guardiola (Manchester City), Conte (Chelsea) and even Klopp, who was already there with Liverpool, the championship is tougher. Even Leicester has kept many players. The club that wins the Premier League, we can take our hat off to."

Giroud added: "We are targeting the title, we have the potential. But a club like Manchester United, with Ibra, managed a good start to the championship. We will see. In any case, it will be important for us not to let points slip facing small teams."
