Toronto FC star Sebastian Giovinco has urged Andrea Pirlo to make a move to MLS.

The pair played together at Juventus.

“I spoke to Andrea and told him what I think: that this is an experience worth having. Of course, then only he can decide his future," Giovinco told Sky Sport Italia.

“I had two and a half wonderful years at Juventus, I won what I needed to win and did what was asked of me. I am happy to be here in Toronto and have no regrets.

“I knew it would be more difficult for me to get called up for the Nazionale playing out here, but it remains my objective nonetheless.

“I will certainly do everything to wear the Azzurri jersey again."
