Juventus have some way to go to secure Sebastian Giovinco to a new contract.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Giovinco's agent, Andrea D'Amico has already rejected Juve's opening round offer of a five-year deal worth £400,000-a-season.
Further negotiations are scheduled after their Champions League clash with Zenit St Petersburg.
