Gimnasia La Plata midfielder Ignacio Piatti is interesting Napoli.
The Azzurri have enjoyed great success in South America over the last two years with the captures of German Denis, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Walter Gargano.
Piatti, who can play anywhere across midfield, is the latest Argentine to be recommended to Napoli sports chief Pierpaolo Marino by their high-profile team of South American advisors, which include Ramon Diaz, Jorge Cyterszpiler, Roberto Carlos Sosa and Pablo Bentancur.
Piatti, 23, already has experience in Europe with France's St Etienne.
Meanwhile, Bentancur is also urging Marino to take a close look at Nacional de Montevideo youngster Facundo Piriz, who is also interesting Chelsea.
