Hertha Berlin star Gilberto has refused to comment on reports that talks are underway to take him to Manchester United.
Hertha are determined to tie the Brazilian to a new contract but the midfielder has sparked some speculation about his future during an interview with Bild am Sonntag.
"I have many offers," the 31 year old revealed. "Perhaps Berlin will sell me to England or Portugal or I will return to Brazil.
"[Manchester United?] I would not like to say anything on it."
The German reports claim Sir Alex Ferguson views Gilberto as a useful squad player who would act as cover at left back for Patrice Evra.
