Giggs: So long as I enjoy Man Utd training I'll keep going

Manchester United player-coach Ryan Giggs says he still enjoys training every day.

Giggs says when he finds he's not happy at training, then it will be time for retirement.

He told the Manchester Evening News: "I spoke to Steve Bruce recently and he said to me 'Are you still enjoying training?' And I am. I don't go out to Carrington and the wind is howling and it is freezing and I think to myself 'I don't fancy this today.'

"It might not be nice at times but after two or three minutes you are enjoying it and you can't wait to play on.

"I don't skip training. You just don't do that! There are times when you have to be sensible and the lads are doing something you don't necessarily have to do.

"The end game is the match on the Saturday and you have to do what is good for you to prepare. I am not 19 anymore so you don't do the runs or the volume the other lads do but you still have to do quality training."
