Ryan Giggs has played down suggestions that he is interested in becoming the next manager of Manchester United.
The Welsh veteran starred for United in their 3-0 Champions League Round of 16 second leg win over Olympiakos on Wednesday night which gave them a 3-2 aggregate win.
After the match, Giggs was asked if he would be at all attracted in stepping into a managerial role anytime soon but he insisted he was thoroughly enjoying being a player despite his 40 years of age.
"I don't know anything about that," he replied when asked by Sky Italia.
"As you can see tonight I enjoy playing my football, and want to continue playing my football.
"This season wasn't what we expected. We need to play better, like we did tonight."
Of the much-needed victory, Giggs added: "It's a good night for us. Three days ago we lost here to Liverpool. We scored three and stopped Olympiakos scoring.
"We hope this can turn around our season."
