Manchester United veteran Ryan Giggs says their successful campaign is proof of their character.
United boast an unbeaten run of league matches of 22.
"It's a great achievement and it shows a lot of character because in some of the games we've not played that well and just had to grind out the results," Giggs told manutd.com. "In other games we've thrown away leads, but it's probably balanced itself out. We've kept with it and scored late goals, and in other games we've got there purely out of character and experience.
"It's a great quality to have. We'd love to go out every week and perform like we did against Blackburn or Birmingham, but it's not going to happen. It's also a great achievement this season because the league is so tight and everyone is beating each other and there have been so many strange results. For us to go unbeaten so far, it is a great achievement. We just want to keep that going."
