Giggs: Man Utd can learn from Klopp's Liverpool

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs says Jose Mourinho should follow the tactics of Jurgen Klopp.

Giggs believes United could learn from Liverpool and their firepower developed this past season.

Giggs was speaking on ITV's Europa League highlights show last night, which featured Man United's triumph in the competition's final against Ajax.

The pundit said it has been a “very good season" for his former club, with two major trophies won and qualification for the Champions League.

He added: “But 24 points behind Chelsea… [United] have to improve in the league and they have to score more goals.

“You know, they've had lots of chances, they need to be better in front of goal because you can't put the pressure on Marcus [Rashford] to score 30 goals like a [Harry] Kane or a [Alexis] Sanchez.

Liverpool have got goals from everywhere.

“So [United] have just got to find that balance where they're creating more chances and scoring more goals."

United scored 54 goals in the Premier League, 24 fewer than Liverpool.
