Ryan Giggs suggests that Manchester United are in a very strong position to continue winning trophies.
The veteran helped the Red Devils take out their 20th English league title and 13th Premier League triumph with a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa on Monday night and he feels Sir Alex Ferguson has the perfect squad to kick on next season and beyond.
"That's the key to the manager's success," Giggs told Sky Sports "The way he evolves and the way he is always looking forward and shows with the amount of young players we have in the team.
"These are exciting players and players who are going to be here for a very long time. They'll hopefully carry on that tradition of competing for trophies."
And Giggs suggested that winning like this could help him continue his extensive playing career: "I'm just enjoying it and as long as I'm enjoying it and contributing to the team then I'm going to carry on.
"It's nights like this that you're going to miss when you finish but it's nights like this also that drive you on."
