David Beckham is backing Ryan Giggs to become Manchester United manager in the future. Having closely learned his trade with Louis van Gaal, Giggs is now being backed to become permanent manager of United in the coming years by mate Beckham.

Beckham told the Manchester Evening News: "To be a player who has represented one club through his career, that doesn't happen anymore. For a player to have represented his club and his country the way he has and now. At some point, he will hopefully become United manager in the future."
