Middlesbrough chairman Steve Gibson couldn't bring himself to face his highly-paid players after Sundayâs FA Cup humiliation by Cardiff City.
Gibson chose to stay away from Boro training on Monday and Boro manager Gareth Southgate said: "He is the club's biggest fan and every fan was angry.
"He was very angry but very supportive. He was less than impressed."
