Manchester United midfielder Darron Gibson hopes his goals keeps him in the starting line-up.

Gibson has hit three goals in two games, including an effort in Saturday's 4-0 win at West Ham United.

He said: "It's been a great week for me.

"Two goals against Spurs boosted my confidence and another one here. I didn't find out until the team talk that I was playing.

"So I'm buzzing. I just hope I've done enough to get another game in the week."
