Everton midfielder Darron Gibson hopes for an exciting season run-in.

Gibson is keen for the team to repeat the performance against Manchester City in their final nine games, which include trips to fellow European hopefuls Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.

"I think we have been great all season," said the 25-year-old to evertonfc.com.

"[The FA Cup defeat to Wigan] was a bad game for us but against Manchester City we bounced back and showed what kind of team we really are.

"I loved that game. I always enjoy playing at Goodison and getting three points makes it even better."
