Spanish football expert Terry Gibson believes that Barcelona could benefit by replicating Chelsea's formation.
Antonio Conte has deployed a 3-4-3 system at Chelsea this season and it is clear to see that the tactic has worked wonders for the Blues, with the London side currently enjoying a comfortable lead at the top of the Premier League table.
Gibson has been left extremely impressed with the success of Conte's formation and believes that defending Spanish champions Barcelona could benefit by adopting Chelsea's system, which would cut down Luis Enrique's right-back problems.
Gibson told La Liga Weekly: "When you look at Chelsea, if you want to play three at the back - that's the best template.
"You've got those hard-working attacking full-backs, ex-wingers that have the energy to get up and down and cover the full length of the pitch. That allows you to be so much more flexible.
"Anyway, I always thought Barca played 2-1-2-5 - that was their team. It was two central defenders with Sergio Busquets in front.
"Then they had two central midfield schemers - Xavi and Andres Iniesta - and the two full-backs were playing as wingers, along with the front three."
