Rachid Ghezzal is making a big impression at Leicester City.
That is according to his teammate, Kasper Schmeichel.
The City goalkeeper, who won a Premier League medal with the side, believes that Ghezzal has slotted into the team and impressed with his creativity.
The winger has drawn comparison to countryman Riyad Mahrez, who left for Manchester City this summer.
"I think he played really well," said Schmeichel to Leicestershire Live.
"If you take Riyad Mahrez out of any squad in the Premier League they would miss him, but yeah, we have a lot of good players that can go and fill that void. Rachid played really well today I thought.
"He's good, he speaks very good English and to be fair for the first week he was a little bit quiet but after that he's getting involved with all the boys and getting in on the banter."
