Derby County boss Paul Jewell accepts he's likely to lose on-loan Tottenham midfielder Hossam Ghaly in the summer.

While Jewell plans talks with the player about a permanent transfer, he said: 'If he keeps playing like he did against Middlesbrough, Fulham and Everton, there is a danger of other clubs making a move.'
