Hossam Ghaly knows he needs to leave Tottenham.
"Spurs have a lot of very, very good players and have a great manager in Juande Ramos. I am sure that results will soon improve," Ghaly told Sky Sports.
"I have no ill feeling towards the club, a decision has been made that I will not play here so I need to move on.
'But I want to do things in a positive and professional manner, it is now very important for me to play football.
"I am back in full training and my fitness levels are good, I just want the opportunity to play football and to remind people what I am good at.
"I am prepared to go on loan in the Championship, that is not a problem for me."
