Getafe midfielder Lucas Licht has taken a swipe at his former coach, Bernd Schuster.

Licht is back in the first team plans at Getafe after being frozen out by Schuster last season and is enjoying working with Michael Laudrup, who replaced the new Real Madrid coach this summer.

Argentine Licht said: "In training they are similar because they train a lot with the ball, but the greatest difference is that Laudrup speaks with the players and Schuster did not speak with anybody.

"Laudrup's approach is very good. He wants everyone to be involved and talks to all the players, even those outside the team."
