Getafe have expressed interest in Real Madrid Castilla midfielder Martin Odegaard.

The Norway international finds himself in limbo at Real - too good for Castilla, but not regarded as first team material.

A loan move is now expected and Getafe president Angel Torres has expressed interest.

Torres asked about Odegaard during negotiations over extending the loan of Real midfielder Alvaro Medran.

AS says Fran Escriba, the Getafe coach, would welcome Odegaard's arrival in January.
