Getafe president Angel Torres has hit out at Real Madrid complaints over the manner of Ikechukwu Uche's winner last night.

Uche struck for Getafe in a play which was sparked after Real's players were celebrating a goal that had been ruled out by the match officials.

"It's rich for Madrid to complain about the referees," said Torres. "For us, inside the first 20 minutes they had shown three cards to the spine of the team without any real reason. Yes, this is a condition for a modest team playing here! A modest team like Getafe comes to the Bernabeu and cannot believe that Real Madrid has been harmed by the referees.

"It's important to show some respect and humility. (Real Madrid sports director Predrag) Mijatovic should leave the referees alone."
