Arsenal have confirmed that Gervinho has left the club to join AS Roma.
The 26-year old Ivory Coast attacker has joined the Giallorossi for a fee believed to be around £6.8million for an unspecified amount of time.
"Gervinho has joined Italian Serie A side AS Roma for an undisclosed fee," read a statement on Arsenal's official website.
"Everyone at Arsenal would like to thank Gervinho for his contribution to the Club and wish him well for his future career."
Gervinho joined the Gunners from Lille in 2011 and scored11 goals in 63 appearances in all competitions for the North London club.
