Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard will make today's clash with West Ham United.
The England captain missed the club's successful, if problematic, final group stage trip in the Europa League because of a slight illness.
But the rest will have re-energised him for the challenge of proving his value to the Reds' cause in the absence of the injured Luis Suarez.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers said: "Steven will be fine. He was ill for a couple of days, but he has been back in training and there will be no problem.
"We are without Luis, but I think we've seen that there are enough players in the group who can score and that's something we will look forward to at West Ham."
