Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard reached a new games landmark during victory at Manchester United.
Gerrard moved into joint-fifth place in Liverpool's all-time appearances list after the 3-0 win.
The 33-year-old drew level with the Reds' greatest goalscorer, Ian Rush, who played 660 games for the club throughout a glittering 15-year Anfield career.
