Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard says the secret to their success this season has been the squad's unity.
The Reds are at West Ham United today looking to return to the top of the table.
"We need to keep doing what we're doing," Gerrard told Liverpoolfc.com. "Nothing changes. We don't worry about Manchester City or Chelsea or Crystal Palace or Newcastle - we worry about West Ham.
"We need to approach it in exactly the same manner we have approached the last eight games. We've had an unbelievable mentality and a winning attitude.
"We always know that if we work hard for each other and if we do the ugly bits that players don't like doing all the time, we know the nice stuff will come out.
"That's exactly what's been happening. We've been pressing really high, playing with a high tempo, playing at a pace which is difficult for opposition teams to cope with.
"But it all starts with sticking together and working hard for each other."
