Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez says his captain Steven Gerrard is always a threat to opponents in his role but doesn't want teammates to rely on him too much.

"Gerrard is always a threat playing in that attacking midfield role, but we need more people to score goals," Benitez said.

"We need to see more, especially the players up front, to score more goals."
