Germinal Beerschot midfielder Mark de Man is interesting Burnley.

The Daily Mail says a defensive midfielder, who can also play centre-half or right-back, De Man he was due to join Manchester City from Anderlecht in 2007 before the deal fell through at the last minute.

Lost his way after a brief move to Roda in Holland but now the 26-year-old is available on a free and keen to kick-start his career.

Burnley have been offered him as a potential cheap addition to their squad.
