Germany boss Joachim Low has encouraged Lukas Podolski to seek a move from Arsenal.

The attacker has found himself sidelined this season.

"I have had a chat with Lukas about his situation at club level," said Low.

"I think he will need to think things over. It's quite necessary for Lukas to pick up regular action."
