Germany coach Joachim Low states he will not fly to London to meet Michael Ballack for clear-the-air talks. Low wants to meet Ballack in person after the midfielder's recent criticism but Chelsea do not want the player to travel until he has finished his rehabilitation for a foot injury.
The Blues sent the German Football Federation (DFB) a fax to confirm that Ballack has been blocked from returning to his homeland.
"I told him quite clearly that I would have expected him to tell me that personally," Low told Bild newspaper.
"Even if other people see things differently, I would never have flown to London.
"That has always been my stance from the beginning and I am sticking by it."
